Corporate predecessor:
August 1994: Mr. Cai Rong founded Hong Kong Darren Technology Co., Ltd.
May 2010: Established Dongguan Shubo Surface Treatment Technology Co., Ltd.
March 2017: Dongguan Shumei Electronic Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established, and the production plant was simultaneously constructed.
June 2017: Obtained the environmental impact assessment approval document, the factory was completed and trial production was carried out.
July 2017: The PCB series chemical products were officially exported to Hong Kong, China.
August 2017: Passed the ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environmental management, and ISO18001 occupational health and safety three system certifications.
January 2018: Officially became a member unit of the Hong Kong Surface Treatment Society.
May 2018: The brand trademark was approved for registration and the trademark certificate was issued.
July 2018: Passed the environmental completion acceptance and obtained the pollutant discharge permit.
April 2019: Established Yichang Shumei, purchased 30 acres of land in the Yidu Chemical Park in Hubei Province to build a new production base.
April 2020: Approved the national pollutant discharge permit.
October 2023: Successively established branches in Tianjin, Taizhou, Kunshan, Wenzhou, and Wuhan.
